5 NIGHTS /6 DAYS ITINERARY JOHANNESBURG – SUN CITY 

On Arrival in O.R. Tambo International Airport you will be met by African Wild Travel representative who will be your driver to guide you throughout your tour. Your tour begins by visiting the well-known Soweto, the acronym for South Western Township which is home to over 2 million people who, despite living in crowded and chaotic conditions, have a tangible sense of community, which the ordered, walled northern suburbs lack. We visit the Hector Peterson Museum, the Mandela House, Regina Mondi Church. After the Soweto tour you will then have lunch at a famous Sakhumzi Restaurant. After feasting we will then drive to Pretoria where we will overnight.

Day Overnight in Pretoria: Southern Sun Pretoria or Similar B&B

This Morning we start our day with a breakfast then proceed to Pretoria where we will do City tour and exploration of imposing Museums and Monuments, dedicated to tracing South Africa’s extraordinary history. Pretoria is also known as the ‘Jacaranda City’, for its beautiful purple lined streets when the jacaranda trees are in full bloom. We then visit a Voortrekker Monument, Kruger Museum, Church Square and The Union Buildings. After exploring Pretoria we then drive back to our hotel for a leisure afternoon.

Overnight in Pretoria: Southern Sun Pretoria or Similar B&B

This morning after breakfast, we depart to Sterkfontein Caves after which we then proceed to Maropeng Cradle of Humankind where we take ourselves back to mankind history. Our Lunch is

served at Lesedi Cultural Village where we will also explore different Cultures and dance.  Lesedi Cultural Village allows one to become an African, explore and become part of the traditional dance, visit the Sangoma and see how different cultures live. After our scrumptious Lunch and excitement of learning about different South African Cultures and become part of dance, we then continue to Sun City. On arrival we get ready for an afternoon Game Drive in Pilanesberg in search of the well-known Big 5 animals.

We start our day with visiting Pilanesberg Game Reserve for our Morning Game Drive in searching for the Big 5, who knows we might be lucky to see all of them. On our return to our resort (Sun City) we will then have our breakfast after which you will have a day of leisure where you can take a walk around the Resort. Here will have some time to explore the breath-taking resort with activities where one can explore with their families. Lunch at (own account) or just chill and explore the beautiful resort.

This morning after breakfast, we check out and our transfer is waiting for us to transfer to Johannesburg for the flight home.
